Concrete Film Plywood
Description:
Thickness: 15 millimeters
- Also known as "red board" or "yellow board"
- Increases the number of formwork reuses
- Preferred choice for construction formwork
The concrete film plywood, with the main material being eucalyptus, is manufactured by spraying a special paint surface on the plywood surface. Its structural strength meets the general requirements for concrete pouring, and it originates from China.
In the past, concrete film plywood often used oil coating to facilitate the separation of concrete during demoulding. The use of concrete film plywood can save the oil coating process. After demoulding, the surface is cleaner and increases the number of formwork reuses to reduce costs, making it the preferred choice for construction formwork.
Concrete Formwork Plywood
"Concrete formwork plywood" is a commonly used material in construction sites, providing formwork plywood for shaping poured concrete. It is used as the exterior board during building construction or as interior and exterior wall panels during concrete pouring. To increase the durability of the plywood outdoors, a relatively smaller amount of glue is usually used, and the weather resistance and structural strength of the plywood are correspondingly better.
The national standard for concrete plywood is CNS 8057, which is different from "general plywood," "special-purpose plywood," and "structural plywood" commonly used in indoor construction. The standard inspection bureau recommends consumers to choose "general plywood," "special plywood," and "structural plywood" commonly used in indoor construction and to recognize relevant markings when carrying out indoor decoration.
